1. FREE PICK-UP OF GOODS AT UTA STUDIO
Pick-up of goods from the Studio. You will be notified by telephone/SMS message/e-mail when your order is ready to be picked up at UTA Studio, located at Naujoji Riovonių g. 21-12, 03153 Vilnius.
2. DELIVERY OF GOODS IN LITHUANIA VIA COURIER SERVICE
The goods are delivered in Lithuania to the address specified by you. Once your order is confirmed and ready, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Due to certain circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, it may take some time to ship your order, in which case you will be notified thereof by e-mail. Goods are delivered only on business days.
Orders for goods are delivered using DPD, DHL and other parcel delivery services as well as post offices throughout Lithuania, except for the Curonian Spit, and cost EUR 5. Delivery to the Curonian Spit costs EUR 15. If necessary, we can deliver orders using another delivery method, just contact us and indicate it by e-mail at orders@uta-studio.com
If the goods cannot be delivered, the goods will be returned to our online store, and the re-delivery of the same goods a second time will be subject to the repeated delivery fee mentioned above.
You must check the condition of the consignment upon delivery of the order. If you notice damage to the consignment, you must make notes about the damage to the packaging of the consignment in the presence of the courier or refuse to accept the consignment. Upon acceptance of the consignment and signing the consignment note without additional remarks, the consignment shall be considered to be in delivered in proper order.
3. DELIVERY OF GOODS TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES
The price of delivery of goods when shipping goods abroad depends on the country. When selecting the shipping address, the system automatically calculates shipping costs.
Goods are delivered only on business days.
If the goods cannot be delivered, the goods will be returned to our online store, and the re-delivery of the same goods a second time will be subject to the repeated delivery fee.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The goods are delivered by the Seller or the Seller’s authorised representative (courier).
In all cases, the Buyer must inform the Seller no later than within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the consignment, if the consignment is presented in crushed or otherwise damaged packaging, if the consignment contains unsolicited goods or their quantity is incorrect, or if the goods are incomplete.
In all cases, if the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging during delivery, he/she must make remarks in the delivery document submitted by the courier or draw up a separate report on such violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of a courier. Failure to do so shall release the Seller from liability to the Buyer for any damage to the goods related to packaging damage that the Buyer has not identified in the goods delivery document provided by the courier.
