1. You may return or replace defective goods within 14 calendar days. Simply send an e-mail to hello@uta-studio.com and we will provide complete information concerning the return. If you have chosen Omniva or LP Express postage as the delivery method, we recommend that you return the goods by sending the goods from the same self-service parcel terminal. If you have selected DPD, DHL or any other courier service for delivery, we will request the courier to pick up the goods intended to be returned or replaced. All you need to do is pack the goods and attach the delivery address, which we will send to you by e-mail. The called courier will arrive to pick up the prepared parcel within 1-2 business days.
2. RETURN / REPLACE OF PROPER QUALITY GOODS
2.1. The return/replacement of proper quality goods shall be carried out on the basis of the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001 No. 697 “On the Approval of the Retail Trade Rules”.
2.2. The Buyer shall have the right to return the goods to the Seller within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods and recover the money paid for them (right to withdraw from the contract) or return the goods to the Seller and replace them with similar goods of different dimensions, shape, colour, model or completeness (right to change the goods). The goods cannot be returned if the goods were manufactured according to a special order (the goods were made according to the Buyer’s dimensions, the details of the goods were changed at the request of the Buyer).
2.3. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract or change the goods, the Buyer shall notify the Seller thereof by e-mail: hello@uta-studio.com, indicating the name of the returned/replaced goods, order number. The Seller shall immediately call a courier to pick up the goods intended to be returned/replaced. The Buyer must pack the goods intended to be returned/replaced and attach the delivery address, which shall be sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The called courier shall arrive to pick up the goods prepared to be returned/replaced within 1-2 business days.
2.4. In order for the Buyer not to miss the term of withdrawal from the contract/replacement of the goods, it shall be considered to be sufficient to notify the Buyer of the intention to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract or replace the product before the end of the withdrawal from the contract period.
2.5. Upon withdrawal from the contract, all amounts paid by the Buyer for the goods shall be refunded without undue delay and in any case not later than within 14 days from the date of notification of the Buyer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund shall be made in the same way as the original payment transaction used by the Buyer. Notwithstanding the abovementioned conditions, the Seller hereby reserves the right not to refund the amounts paid until the goods have been received.
2.6. The Buyer may also deliver the goods he/she wishes to return to the Seller’s Studio, located at Naujoji Riovonių g. 21-12, 03153 Vilnius.
2.7. The buyer must bring the goods to the seller’s store or present them to the courier within 14 days from the date on which he notified the seller of his desire to replace/return the item. The term for return/replacement of goods shall be considered not to be missed if the Buyer delivers the goods to the Seller’s store or sends them before the expiry of the 14-day period.
2.8. If the Buyer returns or replaces the defective goods, the Seller shall deduct from the amount returned to the Buyer the same fee as the Buyer paid for the shipping costs, except in cases where the return of the goods is taken care of by the Buyer.
2.9. If the Buyer returns or replaces the goods that were delivered to the Buyer by mistake, the Buyer shall not have to pay for the return of the goods to the Seller.
2.10. The Buyer shall not have the right to withdraw from the contract upon delivery of any of the following goods:
(i) goods manufactured in accordance with the Buyer’s special instructions;
(ii) packaged goods which are no longer suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
2.11. When the Buyer returns the goods, the following conditions must be met:
(i) the returned goods must be in the original neat packaging with all the packaging accessories found by the Buyer in the original packaging of the goods;
(ii) the goods must be undamaged by the Buyer;
(iii) the goods must not have been used without losing their commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peel-off protective film, etc.)
(iv) the returned goods must be in the same condition as received by the Buyer;
(v) when returning the goods, it shall be necessary to submit a completed refund application, which can be downloaded from the online store at https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0604/6125/2800/files/UTA_Studio_grazinimo_aktas.docx?v=1641220756
(vi) when returning the goods, a document confirming the purchase must be submitted (purchase receipt, VAT invoice, invoice, payment card account statement).
2.12. If the Buyer wishes to replace the goods through the online store, the Buyer shall apply the procedure of returning the goods in accordance with the rules established in Clauses 5.1. – 5.10. of the Rules, i.e. he/she shall inform the Seller by e-mail: hello@uta-studio.com about the intention to return and replace the goods, then it shall return the goods to the Seller and shall place a new order.
3. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
3.1. Defective goods shall be returned and replaced in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001 No. 697 “On the Approval of Retail Trade Rules”.
3.2. If the goods delivered to the Buyer do not meet the quality requirements, he/she must inform the Seller thereof by e-mail: hello@uta-studio.com no later than within 5 business days from the receipt of the goods.
3.3. In order to return the goods of unsatisfactory quality, the Buyer must:
(i) submit the goods of unsatisfactory quality at the Seller’s Studio located at Jakšto st. 9 – 366, Vilnius or deliver the packaged goods to the Seller’s courier;
(ii) along with the defective goods, submit a document confirming the purchase of the goods (purchase-sale receipt, VAT invoice, invoice, payment card account statement);
(iii) submit a completed request for the return of the defective goods along with the actual defective goods.
3.6. The Seller undertakes to examine the Buyer’s request free of charge and, when it does not agree with the Buyer’s requirements, provide the Buyer with a detailed reasoned written response no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Buyer’s request.
3.7. If the Seller satisfies the Buyer’s request to terminate the contract and refund the price paid for the goods, the Seller shall immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the date of return of the goods, refund the price paid for the goods to the Buyer’s account. When refunding the price paid to the Buyer, the Seller shall not deduct from it the amount by which the value of the goods has decreased due to its use or loss of appearance of the goods or due to other circumstances.
3.8. If the Buyer has purchased a set of goods, regardless of whether one part of the set or all parts of the set do not meet the quality requirements, the Buyer must provide the Seller with all the parts making up the set of goods.
3.9. When defective goods are replaced by other analogous goods that differ in dimensions, model, type or other features, the Buyer must reimburse the difference between the price of the defective goods and the price of the new goods in force at the time of replacement.
3.10. The Seller shall provide a quality guarantee valid for a certain period of time, the specific term and other conditions of which shall be specified in the descriptions of such goods.
3.11. The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the goods in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.
3.12. The Seller shall not be liable for defects in the goods caused by improper use of the goods.
4. LATE RETURNS
4.1. All goods must be returned within 14 business days. Late returns shall not be accepted.
